RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

In some cases I will make an exception depending on the situation, but please bare in mind I am one person, not Amazon. IF YOU ARE BUYING A SEALED RECORD AND EXPECT TO RETURN IT BASED ON A MANUFACTURE DEFECT OR PRESSING ERROR KEEP IN MIND THAT IS OUT OF ANY SELLERS CONTROL, YOU WILL IMMEDATELY BE BLOCKED FROM FURTHER PURCHASES. YOU WILL ALSO IMMEDATELY BE BLOCK IF YOU CONTACT ME AND ARE VERBALLY ABUSIVE FROM THE BEGINNING. Generally speaking I am pretty chill and understanding as long as you are too and honestly am annoyed I even have to write this but clearly we cant have a nice understanding world anymore and Im not going to tolerate that. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SOLD IN. It must also be in the original packaging. FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT PLEASE REFER TO THE POLICY OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY USED (Generally speaking this is USPS and you will need to file a damage claim with them, not me, as I have zero control of what happens once an item is shipped). BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISKS OF DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING. If you would like to upgrade to a specific shipping company or shipping option please message me and we can work something out. If you would like to add insurance to your order I do offer that at the cost of $1.00 per every hundred dollars. In cases of the incorrect item being shipped I will offer full refund or exchange once them item is returned in the same condition and provide a shipping label in order to return the item. I generally try to ensure this is not an issue but we are all human and mistakes happen. Thank you for your business and understanding

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
