RETURNS & REFUNDS

In some cases I will make an exception depending on the situation, but please bare in mind I am one person, not Amazon. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL UNOFFICIAL AND BOOTLEG ITEMS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, you take the risk in possible poor quality by buying them, just like I do. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and item must be in the same condition it was sold in. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. I DO NOT OFFER RETURNED ON USED RECORDS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED AND IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION IT WAS SOLD IN (FOR CLARIFICATION, THIS MEANS IF YOU OPEN A SEALED RECORD THEN EXPECT A REFUND THE ANSWER IS NO. IF THAT IS A PROBLEM, DON'T PURCHASE SEALED RECORDS AND EXPECT THE SELLER TO BE AWARE OF ANY POTENTIAL DEFECTS OR GO BUY OFF AMAZON. YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FURTHER PURCHASES IF YOU CAUSE PROBLEMS. I have very slim profit margins and do not have some secret luxury of returning things to the magic manufacturing man in the sky. It must also be in the original packaging. FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT PLEASE REFER TO THE POLICY OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY USED (Generally speaking this is USPS and you will need to file a damage claim with them, not me, as I have zero control of what happens once an item is shipped). BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISKS OF DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING. If you would like to upgrade to a specific shipping company or shipping option please message me and we can work something out. In cases of the incorrect item being shipped I will offer full refund or exchange once them item is returned in the same condition and provide a shipping label in order to return the item. I generally try to ensure this is not an issue but we are all human and mistakes happen.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days with a small restocking fee charged to the refund.
